The systematic work environment efforts are described in the Routine for Systematic Work Environment Management, which follows the process: Investigate, Risk Assess, Act, Control & Follow Up. This process is carried out in cooperation between managers and employees. We strive to continuously improve our work environment, both organizationally and socially as well as physically.
